GEOM publishes signed, timestamped data but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness of that data for any purpose.

Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, token, or financial instrument, nor a promise of any return. Any token described gates access to an information product. Holding it is access only and confers no ownership, dividend, or claim on any company, asset, or the foundation.

The GEOM name, marks, and site design are the property of GEOM Foundation. You may not reproduce them without permission.

These terms are governed by the law of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the DIFC courts.
